PEACE AND HAPPINESS

Question by a young European Lady:
Shall I ever find peace and happiness?

Sri Ma: Peace and happiness are found on the path to God, never in the world, where one gets a little happiness which is invariably followed by its shadow-sorrow.

The young lady (after a long conversation) :
I shall never forget what you have told me.

Sri Ma : Forget? That is not enough. You must meditate atleast for five minutes daily along the lines prescribed by your own religion, and do not forget this friend (pointing to herself) !
